Since 2018, I’ve worked behind the scenes in salons and spas, gaining hands-on experience across every touchpoint of the business from the front desk to the treatment room. That background gave me a deep understanding of what it truly takes to run a service-based business: managing clients, maintaining operations, and delivering an exceptional experience, all while trying to grow and stay visible in a competitive market.

Through that experience, I discovered a passion for helping small businesses grow beyond day-to-day operations through strategic, authentic marketing.
